Adding rectangular rooms to a total area
Each space is length × width. The total is the sum, with square meters from the shared conversion engine. Irregular rooms, stairs, and wall thickness are not modeled unless you split them into rectangles.
Questions about this calculator
Does this include closets and hallways?
Only if you add them as spaces. The engine does not infer a floor plan.
Is this the same as a listing’s living area?
No. Listings and appraisals follow their own finished-area rules. This page only sums the rectangles you enter.
